Brush your eyebrows to reveal sparse areas that need to be filled in and thus achieve perfect harmony.
Pick up a small amount of Perm-a-line® material using the built-in brush.
Use slightly slanted strokes to create thicker, more defined, and subtly tinted eyebrows with a natural finish.
Then brush with a bottle brush to blend the material. For a more intense result, go over it a second time.

Remove makeup with a regular makeup remover (this is not a waterproof makeup product).
