How do I use my gift card online?
If you have received an e-gift card (valid exclusively on our e-shop), you can use it directly when ordering online: simply enter the code received by email at the time of payment. For the myIEVA subscription gift card, a second email will be sent to you with a specific code to use on the myieva.com website. Gift cards valid in the Workshop, whether physical or virtual, cannot be used online on the e-shop but can be used on our service booking platform or directly in the Workshop.
What is the difference between the 100% beauty e-gift card and the Atelier gift cards?
The 100% beauty e-gift card is dematerialized, sent by email, and can only be used on our website for the purchase of products. On the other hand, the gift card in Workshop (physical or virtual) is valid exclusively in our Workshops for services and/or the purchase of products in store. It cannot be used on the e-shop. The choice therefore depends on the experience you wish to offer: online shopping or a personalized beauty service in the Workshop.
How long is a gift card valid for?
All our gift cards, whether physical, virtual, or e-cards, are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. They can be used once or multiple times, up to the amount. This period allows the recipient to take their time choosing the service or products that best suit them.
Can I return or exchange a gift card?
No, our gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable, in accordance with our sales policy. Once purchased, the gift card cannot be returned or refunded. We therefore advise you to carefully choose the type of gift card according to the desired use (eshop or Atelier) before finalizing your order.
