Delivery & return

All orders placed before noon are shipped the same day.

France: delivery offered on orders of 50 and more. Below, a package of 3.95 euros is applied.
Other countries: a flat fee of 9.95 euros is applied.
DOM TOM: a package of 14.95 euros is applied.

For comfort, we offer 3 modes of delivery:
Colissimo Relais, Colissimo Domicile and Chronopost.

    DElais

    From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, it is delivered within 1 to 4 business days (depending on the carrier chosen and the country of destination). All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding Sunday and public holidays.

    Carrying your package

    The standard shipping mode is the Relay Point. Whichever shipping method you choose (Point Relais, Colissimo, Chronopost), we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to follow the delivery of your parcel online.

    Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to group your purchases into one order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping fee for each of them.

    Every day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

    You have 15 days after the delivery date to change your mind (excluding gift cards that are neither redeemable nor refundable).

    Our return service will respond within 48 hours.

    Once your application has been validated, you can then return the product to us at your own expense at the following address:

    When receiving your product, our customer service will confirm its receipt by notifying you of an email. One of our operators will check the product's compliance status. If the latter is compliant (original packaging, not used...), the refund will be made.

    Refund

    Refunds are made within 15 days of receipt of your items on the payment method used when you purchased. For security reasons, we are not allowed to make the refund on another account or via a credit card different from the one used for payment to order.

    Any parcel sent outside this procedure will not be processed.
