Your health and safety being at the center of our concerns, we wish to inform you that we have put in place all the necessary and regulatory hygiene measures in your Workshops, especially :

The appropriate means of protection during services, both for your safety and that of our employees.
Awareness of the respect of barrier gestures for all our employees.
In order to guarantee a welcome and a quality service during your next visit, we ask you to please observe these few instructions:

Come alone and with a mask.
Respect the schedules, in order to avoid excessive flows in your Workshop.
Observe minimum safety distances.
Use the hydroalcoholic gels which will be made available to you at the various contact points in your Workshop.
Give priority to making an appointment online.
Promote the use of a bank card for payments.
In addition, we kindly ask you to note the following points:

Appointments made "online" between March 16 and May 11 and which have not been moved, will remain to the credit of your account,
Appointments made over the phone are not visible on the online platform,
Our points of contact on social networks and by email ( are always accessible to you.

The measures taken in logistics for several weeks have made it possible to maintain normal activity.

However, it should be noted that there are big delays on all carriers and in particular:

  • Colissimo: we are talking about 2 million parcels late in sorting centers, i.e. 2 days before Coliposte confirms having the parcel in hand and begins its tracking (clearly, all your orders are processed, but the follow-up updates delivery are on average 48 hours late). Then there are sometimes very long delivery delays.
  • Chronopost: they would also have nearly 1 million parcels late at sorting centers and therefore significant delays throughout the service.
