The measures taken in logistics for several weeks have made it possible to maintain normal activity.
However, it should be noted that there are big delays on all carriers and in particular:
- Colissimo: we are talking about 2 million parcels late in sorting centers, i.e. 2 days before Coliposte confirms having the parcel in hand and begins its tracking (clearly, all your orders are processed, but the follow-up updates delivery are on average 48 hours late). Then there are sometimes very long delivery delays.
- Chronopost: they would also have nearly 1 million parcels late at sorting centers and therefore significant delays throughout the service.
Thank you for your loyalty and your patience ...
